Apple Sauce
Mashed up banana
Flax seed egg
1 tsp of baking powder + 1 ½ tbs. water + 1 1.2 tbs. oil or 1 tbs. vinegar + 1 tsp baking soda = 1 egg
Milk substitutes are easier to replace than eggs. Here are some suggestions
Almond milk (personal favourite)
Coconut milk
Soy milk
Oat milk
Hemp milk
For foods such as mashed potatoes, use vegetable oil or coconut oil for a creamy texture.
