We all want to indulge in our favourite junk foods, but why? Usually it’s because we desire a certain flavour, texture, or consistency. Here are some sweet tooth substitutes I thought of that may help those cravings!
Chips(something crunchy and consistent to snack on) – Granola or Muesli with nuts
Chocolate (something sweet and delicious) – Banana or dates with peanut butter on top sprinkled with cacao powder, vegan chocolate bars or chocolate chips, vegan desserts(cookies, brownies, fudge, pb cups, etc),
Ice cream(something cold, soft and frozen) – Banana Ice Cream
Candy(something hard, crunchy, and able to continuously snack on) – Almonds, Cashews, and other nuts or homemade potato chips
