5. Bok Choy – 74 mg in 1 cup
6. Black-eyed Peas – 185 mg – in ½ cup
7. Almonds – 72 mg in about 20 nuts
8. Oranges – 65 mg in 1 orange
9. Sesame Seeds – 88 mg in 1 tbsp.
10. Soy milk – 300 mg in ½ cup
