1. Prior to making your smoothie, freeze your fruit (bananas, strawberries, raspberries) for a minimum of 4 hours.
2. First start off with the PB layer. In the blender, and one frozen banana, 1 tbsp. of peanut butter, and 1 tbsp. of Greek yogurt. Blend until thick and creamy. (put in cup and put in freezer)
3. For the strawberry layer, put 1 frozen banana, 4 frozen strawberries, and a few frozen raspberries in the blender. Add 1-2 tbsp. of greek yogurt. Mix until thick creamy texture.
4. Take a jar (or a cup) and pour your smoothies layer by layer. Remove the PB cup from the freezer and pour it in layer by layer as well.
